Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers referred through Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding while delivering a best-in-class experience, in a role that can be high-volume digitally driven or relationship-based.

This position is remote with restrictions; your residence must be in South Dakota. You’ll work with CRM/LOS and centralized processing teams to move loans efficiently, with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans with proactive borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM/LOS and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health.
