Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow's ecosystem.

This fully remote role accepts applicants from any state; you will manage loans from application to closing, utilizing Zillow's CRM, LOS, and data tools to stay compliant and productive. You will build relationships with customers and partners, maintain an active pipeline, and meet KPIs while staying current on market trends and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a focus on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or a federal bank license.
• Completion of required CORE pre-licensing education and SAFE Mortgage LO Test.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers, Zillow Preferred Agents, and local partners.
