Job summary

Zillow Group’s Zillow Home Loans is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for borrowers connected to Zillow’s ecosystem.

You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, operating in either a high-volume, digital environment or a relationship-driven model. The role rewards responsiveness, execution, and performance in a metrics-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/partners.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
