Zillow Home Loans is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate and guide home loan applications through funding. You will work in a remote model, leveraging our CRM and data-driven tools to manage a healthy pipeline.

You will build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents, while meeting KPIs in a structured environment. A strong mortgage background and licensing are required, with equity opportunities based on performance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions.
• Completed 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Located within 75 miles of Washington DC.
• Proven success in high-volume phone-based sales or agent-centric referral models.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills.
• Comfortable in a structured, KPI-driven environment with clear metrics.
• Proficient with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while ensuring compliance.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
• Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text communications.
• Stay current on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory requirements.
