Job summary

Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer in Nevada. You will originate and manage purchase loans from first contact to funding, delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a remote-capable environment.

Role supports two business models: high-volume phone-based and relationship-based, with defined KPIs and access to Zillow’s platform and tools. Equity incentives and base pay accompany performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Physically located in Nevada and working remotely from there.
• Proven success originating purchase loans in a high-volume or agent-centric model.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans with proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage an active pipeline to meet service levels and funding targets.
• Use Zillow CRM, LOS, and MS Office to manage workflow.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
