Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem.

You will guide borrowers from initial contact to closing while delivering a top-tier customer experience, whether you work in a high-volume digital setting or a relationship-based market model. The role emphasizes responsive execution, performance in a metrics-driven environment, and collaboration with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passing the SAFE MLO Test – National Component.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline to meet service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
