Job summary

Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is hiring a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow's ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding in either a high-volume or relationship-based model.

This remote role requires residency in Idaho, with the possibility to work from a Zillow office. You'll join a metrics-driven team supported by Zillow's technology and brand, and eligible for incentive compensation and equity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase loans.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator license or state bank license.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills.
• Ability to meet KPIs in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans via proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow CRM and LOS to manage pipeline health.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting and closing teams.
