Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination with focus on purchase loans.
• Active NMLS loan originator with state licenses or federal bank license.
• Completion of the CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE test.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and metrics.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
