Job summary

SHI is seeking a Manager to lead our Public Sector Inside Account Executives, driving books of business and sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role provides coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance; you will oversee daily operations, sales activities, and professional development across the team, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize processes and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years experience in inside sales, account management, or sales leadership (IT/Public Sector preferred).
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Inside Account Executives to exceed sales targets.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and profiling to build robust pipelines.
• Guide on multi-channel relationship development (email, phone, in-person).
• Ensure quotas and activity goals are met and pipeline grows.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to renewal.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support account strategy.
