Job summary

SHI is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Public Sector Inside Account Executives. The Manager will be responsible for driving the success of the team in building books of business, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This leader will provide coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance while overseeing daily operations, sales activities, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in inside sales, account management, or sales leadership in IT/public sector.
• 2+ years sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas.
• Experience working with C-Level executives.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Inside Account Executives to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline development.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships across multiple channels.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to renewal and expansion.
• Provide guidance on SHI tools to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to support strategies.
