Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Inside Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets and activity metrics.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and profiling accounts to build robust sales pipelines.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships via multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
• Ensure quotas, activity goals, and pipeline growth are consistently met.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to renewal.
• Leverage SHI tools and resources to improve sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to support account strategies.
