Samsara Inc. is seeking a Public Sector Major Account Executive to drive revenue growth with government and SLED clients across the United States. This role is remote-friendly and focuses on strategic, named accounts requiring executive-level engagement and a proven ability to close complex deals.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to close—building trusted relationships and delivering value in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• 5+ years with line-of-business stakeholders in SLED/government entities.
• Proven quota over-achievement in complex accounts with $200k+ ARR.
• Experience handling enterprise deal sizes and executive city/county relationships.
• Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate a solution-based sales process in complex campaigns.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across offices.
