Job summary

The Edens Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Public Sector Account Management (SLED & Federal) to lead a high‑performing team and drive renewals, expansions and upsells for a cybersecurity SaaS platform.

Role requires 3+ years in SLED/FED sales leadership, SaaS/cybersecurity experience, and strong strategic planning. Hybrid remote role with national travel and collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading SLED & Federal focused sales teams.
• 3+ years SaaS and cybersecurity experience; PAM exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong CRM and data-driven forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a SLED Account Management team focused on renewals, expansions and upsells.
• Drive revenue retention through scalable renewal engine.
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and messaging.
• Forecast accurately and analyze sales data for opportunities.
• Travel up to 20% for client meetings.
