Job summary

Spring Health, a leading mental health company, seeks a Public Sector Sales Director (Federal and SLED) to drive national federal opportunities. This is a full-time remote role reporting to the VP of Public Sector, with occasional travel as needed.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with federal agencies, and close multi-year contracts, while collaborating with marketing to create targeted campaigns. A strong track record in government sales is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with at least 5 years in federal sales.
• Proven track record in securing government contracts.
• Strong understanding of government processes, regulations, and dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a federal sales strategy and pipeline.
• Identify target agencies, departments, and opportunities within the federal government.
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to promote Spring Health’s services.
• Lead proposals, contracts, and negotiations from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
• Monitor market trends and report on performance and pipeline.
