Energy Systems Group is seeking an Account Executive for the Public Sector Central Region. This is a virtual position with frequent travel (30%–50%), including overnights.

You will generate new business by using a consultative sales approach to develop leads and relationships with utility and public sector clients, delivering revenue and margins. You will translate customer needs into feasible, installable solutions with the operations team, while engaging leadership and engineers to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years' experience selling large solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% including overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new business, including trade shows, research, organizations, cold calls, and more.
• Develop knowledge of the renewable energy industry and market opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships and present solutions to meet customer goals and achieve sales objectives.
• Open communication lines with customer to understand needs and ensure solutions align with goals.
• Prepare and present professional proposals addressing customer needs, including financial proposals.
• Maintain customer contact during installation and monitor account plan progress.
