Axon is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge customer vision with technology for public safety SaaS deployments. You will partner with agencies to understand operational needs, design solutions, and configure software that supports mission-critical work.

Join a collaborative deployment team in a remote-first environment with up to 60% travel. A CJIS background check is required and you will uphold confidentiality and security in all activities.

Formación

• Bachelor in Business, Operations, CS, or Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of relevant SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience working with or in Law Enforcement.
• Experience managing process improvement or facilitating change management amongst teams.
• Demonstrated outcome-driven thinking; able to make hard tradeoffs.
• Self-starter who thrives with problem solving and ambiguity.
• Willingness to drive company-wide initiatives across departments.
• Technical delivery experience and/or coding language knowledge.
• MUST pass CJIS background check.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers to configure systems for business outcomes.
• Capture voice of the customer to drive requirements and workflows.
• Work with analysts, PMs, architects and product teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Assess feasibility and design solutions that meet agency outcomes.
• Design, administer and document tests and training.
• Translate requirements into technical configurations.
• Apply Axon best practices to configurations and troubleshoot issues.
