Job summary

Axon is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with public safety agencies, understand operational needs, and configure our SaaS platform to support mission-critical work. You will join a cross-functional deployment team to design solutions and deliver successful implementations.

You will translate complex requirements into technical configurations, assess feasibility, and uphold CJIS standards while helping agencies protect life and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• 2-3+ years SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience in law enforcement.
• CJIS background check required.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer to configure systems to achieve business outcomes.
• Capture the voice and required outcomes to drive business process documentation.
• Discover complex requirements and work with teams to design solutions.
• Assess impact and feasibility evaluating alternatives.
• Design and document tests and training; translate requirements into configurations.
• Apply Axon best practices to configurations and troubleshoot issues.
