Job summary

Axon is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead client-facing integrations and architect complex IT solutions for public safety partners. You will scope projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery from development to deployment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, and agency stakeholders, along with writing integration code and ensuring CJIS compliance where required. Remote work is supported with domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions.
• Expert networking knowledge and experience in managing technical projects, implementations, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Work as a client-facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team.
• Deliver Axon technology to clients across various industries including public safety.
• Analyze IT system architectures for scoping technical projects and recommending system improvements.
• Manage technical projects remotely and at client sites.
• Write code to leverage API capabilities and integrate systems.
