Qualifications

• 3+ years of support experience for cloud-based products.
• Experience in the Law Enforcement/Public Safety space.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical customers.
• Ability to work independently with latitude for action.
• CJIS background check required.
• Proactive, solution-focused and driven to complete initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Law Enforcement customers to ensure a stellar Axon experience.
• Provide front line support and log detailed notes on each interaction.
• Assess urgency and prioritize tickets across engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across Axon products and systems.
• Follow up to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Develop knowledge base articles on top issues.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for outages.
• Provide back‑up support to other Axon teams.
