Qualifications

• Experience in public safety technology and solving customer problems.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions; Forms.io preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms that meet state-specific compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a brand-new team.
