Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role focuses on building configurable reports to enable expansion into new markets while meeting state and agency reporting requirements.

You will work across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable reporting solutions and establish efficient processes for a brand-new team, with an emphasis on forms/configuration and automation.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in public safety technology space.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms that satisfy state-specific compliance requirements for new jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows reducing customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and practices for a brand new team supporting growth.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
