Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help shape a brand-new team responsible for configurable reports that support expansion into new markets and jurisdictions. You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Public safety technology experience is preferred.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies like JavaScript and JSON.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success and other teams.
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure state-specific compliance reporting forms for new jurisdictions.
• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance issues with customers and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and processes for a new compliance team.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
