Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a new customer team building configurable reports that enable expansion into new markets and support customers in meeting state and agency reporting requirements.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions, developing forms and workflows while improving the product.

Qualifications

• Experience in public safety technology.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with Forms.io preferred.
• Scripting and configuration using JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms that satisfy state-specific compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a brand-new team.
