Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to cultivate and manage referring provider relationships across a designated territory. The role collaborates with treatment teams to coordinate care and expand the program’s community impact.

Remote-based with significant travel to MA/CT and surrounding areas, requiring residence in MA and proximity to Boston. The position offers a starting salary of $95,000–$125,000 with an uncapped incentive plan; final offer within range based on

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism in communication with colleagues and referral sources.
• Develop and implement a territory outreach plan to win back and grow referrals.
• Analyze territory and execute a strategic business plan with measurable activities.
• Plan quarterly and annual business development strategies for the territory.
• Meet with key decision makers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Attend conferences and events to increase provider awareness of services.
