Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to manage referring provider relationships within a designated territory. This remote position requires 70-90% travel within Texas and focuses on enhancing client and family outcomes through comprehensive care coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or business development and strong communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach preferred.
• Current valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider relationships and conduct outreach to increase referrals.
• Create and execute comprehensive business development plans.
• Facilitate communication and coordination for new client admissions.
