Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to manage remote-based outreach with 70-90% travel across the Northeast. The role coordinates referrals from the initial call through admission, ensuring seamless care and a concierge client experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or account management, familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and a valid driver’s license. A BA/BS is preferred; a high school diploma with 4+ years experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in behavioral health outreach is a plus.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism in communication with colleagues and referral sources.
• Analyze territory, develop outreach plan, and implement strategies to win back business.
• Develop and execute a written quarterly and annual business development plan within the designated territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs and build partnerships.
• Plan/conduct conferences and networking events on behalf of The Emily Program.
• Respond promptly to service and referral inquiries through admission coordination.
