Job summary

The Emily Program seeks a Provider Relations Specialist to cultivate and manage referring provider relationships within a designated territory. You will coordinate care with treatment teams, support the client and family through admissions, and implement strategic outreach to expand the program’s community impact.

Role requires remote work with 70-90% travel across NY locations and occasional evenings/weekends for events. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $125,000 plus uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with colleagues, clinicians, and all referral sources.
• Develop and execute an outreach plan to win back business, retain established and grow existing professional referral database.
• Plan/attend conferences/networking events on behalf of The Emily Program.
• Respond immediately to service and referral inquiries and provide support the referring professional and the family, from the first call through admission, ensuring communication and care coordination.
• Develop new and emerging referral channels by creating opportunities to increase awareness of our services among providers, to increase program reach.
• Conduct face to face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
