Job summary

Accanto Health is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to cultivate and manage referring provider relationships within a designated territory, focusing on coordination with treatment teams to expand access and engagement. The role involves strategic planning, outreach, and securing partnerships across NYC, Manhattan, Westchester, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with colleagues, clinicians, and referrers.
• Analyze territory, develop outreach plan, and implement strategies to win back business and grow referrals.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual business development plans for the territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs and build partnerships.
• Attend conferences and plan presentations to raise program awareness among providers.
