Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to cultivate and manage referring provider relationships across New York State, including Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. This remote-based role requires significant travel (70-90%) within the territory and residence in NY.

You will work with treatment teams to coordinate care, identify market opportunities, and expand the program’s community impact. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and Salesforce experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Must possess a current, valid S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with colleagues, clinicians, and referral sources.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach plan within the designated territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze territory and implement strategies to win back business and grow the professional referral database.
• Develop quarterly and annual business development plans for the territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs and build community partnerships.
• Plan and attend conferences and networking events to increase program reach and referrals.
