Acuity International is seeking a recruitment professional to recruit medical facilities into its worldwide provider network. The role requires extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiation with facilities across CONUS and OCONUS.

Reports to the Provider Network Operations Manager. Responsibilities include sourcing, documentation, reporting, credentialing coordination, and robust vendor relationships within safety and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of recruitment experience, including 2–3 years in medical facility recruitment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive results.
• Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Occupational Health Services initiatives.
• Develop recruitment opportunities via research and networking.
• Understand geographic territory and secure provider coverage.
• Build relationships with facility staff and respond to communications.
• Negotiate pricing on provider agreements and addendums.
• Use software to manage facility information and run reports.
• Collect and disseminate Provider Service Agreement paperwork; coordinate credentialing.
• Resolve complex issues with advanced reports and provider calls.
• Understand Commercial & Government contract requirements as they apply to facilities.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Attend meetings and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
