Job summary

Acuity-CHS, LLC is seeking a recruiter to grow Acuity's worldwide provider network of medical facilities. The role requires extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiations with facilities both CONUS and OCONUS.

You will maintain provider data, run reports to support recruitment, and coordinate with the Credentialing Manager and program leaders to resolve issues. A high level of communication and problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in medical facility recruitment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform extensive phone work and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics into Acuity's worldwide provider network.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with provider representatives; manage addendums.
• Set up and maintain facility data; run reports to support recruitment.
• Collaborate with Credentialing Manager and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
