Qualifications

• 2+ years of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.
• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification.
• Prior healthcare and/or insurance experience.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.
• 2+ years experience solving complex inquiries.
• 1+ years managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead a team, manage performance and HR tasks.
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs, perform root-cause analysis.
• Understand daily work and make volume-based decisions to serve customers.
• Lead team huddles and communicate Oscar's mission and values.
• Drive an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's values.
• Lead continuous improvement to build a high-performing production team.
• Identify and close gaps in operational workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
