Oscar is hiring a Provider Data Operations Lead to drive production workflows, data accuracy, and team performance in a fully remote role across the U.S. The role centers on coaching staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering efficient, compliant operations that support high-quality member experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ year of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team with direct responsibility for performance and HR tasks.
• Manage team outcomes, dashboards, and KPIs; perform root-cause analysis.
• Understand daily work and make volume-based decisions to serve customers.
• Lead team huddles and align with Oscar's mission, vision and values.
• Drive an inclusive culture and engagement within the team.
• Lead continuous improvement and close gaps in workflows.
