Oscar Health in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management to lead Provider Operations and drive scalable revenue cycle strategies across the medical group. You will own professional billing, coding accuracy, denial management, and KPIs, partnering with clinical, operations, finance, compliance, credentialing, and product teams to optimize reimbursement and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, professional billing or related operations.
• Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, modifiers and payer rules.
• Experience developing revenue cycle strategies improving coding and reimbursement.
• Experience with coding integrity, provider queries, and pre/post-bill reviews.
• Ability to analyze revenue cycle data and present actionable insights.
• Leadership of cross-functional initiatives with clinical, operations, finance and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and performance of OMGrevenue cycle across provider ops.
• Lead coding and billing SMEs for CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS and payer needs.
• Establish KPIs and controls; drive improvements in claims, denials, and reimbursement.
• Lead denial prevention, provider education, and documentation integrity initiatives.
• Partner with clinical ops, finance, compliance, credentialing, and product teams.
• Develop scalable policies, workflows, and vendor oversight for a multi-state org.
