Qualifications

• 3 years experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design provider compensation programs and related plans.
• Gather data, review CPT coding, and develop proformas and model provider pay.
• Perform market analyses, research external benchmarks, and assist with fair market value assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support care strategies and financial goals.
