Providence Health & Services seeks a Provider Compensation Analyst to join our team remotely with eligibility across most states. The role analyzes and designs provider compensation programs, conducts market and proforma modeling for new physicians, acquisitions, and renewals, and supports compliance and external reviews.

You will collaborate with the Provider Compensation team and system leaders to align financial goals with care strategies and performance objectives while upholding Providence

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, or Finance.
• 3 years experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and change management.

Mansioni

• Analyze and design provider compensation programs.
• Perform market analysis and proforma modeling for physicians, acquisitions and renewals.
• Conduct fair market value assessments and coordinate external reviews.
• Support care strategies, financial goals, and provider development initiatives.
