Qualifications

3 years experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and project/change management.

Responsibilities

Perform data gathering and analysis for provider pay.
Conduct CPP/CPT coding reviews and create proformas.
Model provider compensation plans for new hires, acquisitions and renewals.
Develop reports and market analyses to support provider pay decisions.
Collaborate with implementation teams for new acquisitions and system changes.
Research compliance, market trends, and external pay surveys to inform FMV assessments.
