You will analyze and design provider compensation programs, develop proformas, reports, and models for new hires, acquisitions, and renewals, and collaborate with external market reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, HR, business, finance, or related area.
• 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze provider compensation programs.
• Create proformas and reports for provider pay.
• Model compensation for new hires, acquisitions, and renewals.
• Perform market research and fair market analyses with third parties.
• Support plan alignment with care strategies, financial goals and provider development activities.
