Qualifications

• Preferred experience with data reporting/analytics tools and HR/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design provider compensation programs and proformas.
• Gather data, perform CPT coding reviews, and develop reports for market analyses.
• Model plans for new hires, acquisitions, and contract renewals.
• Contribute to legal compliance research and external fair market value assessments.
• Support care strategies, financial goals, and provider development initiatives.
