Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to design and analyze provider compensation programs. This remote role enables most states to be eligible and involves data gathering, CPT coding reviews, proformas, reporting, and market analysis for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals.

You will join the Provider Compensation team and collaborate with system leaders to align compensation plans with care strategies, quality goals, and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.
• Experience with Human Resources, Contracting and Business Intelligence Software.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and analysis for provider compensation.
• CPT coding reviews and creation of proformas.
• Report development and provider market analysis.
• Plan modeling for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals.
• Participates as a member of an implementation team for new acquisitions.
• Research on legal compliance and market surveys related to provider pay.
• Fair market value assessments and coordination with external review processes.
• Support care strategies, quality, performance objectives, and financial goals.
• Act in a manner that promotes teamwork and Providence mission.
