Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant to guide compensation programs across our organization. This remote role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to design fair, market-based plans aligned with FMV, compliance, and strategic priorities.

Candidates will analyze benchmarks, influence workforce planning, and support recruitment, retention, and performance initiatives while communicating clearly with leadership and providers to promote transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage provider compensation programs to support organizational goals.
• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and compensation strategy.
