Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant. This remote role supports most states and partners with HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance to design and implement provider pay programs aligned with market benchmarks and FMV.

You will advise leadership on workforce planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote transparent communication with providers while safeguarding the organization against compliance risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement provider compensation plans aligned with market benchmarks and FMV.
• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
• Promote transparency and understanding of compensation strategies among providers and stakeholders.
