Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5-7 years experience in provider compensation analysis, benefits administration, or related healthcare roles.
• Strong knowledge of provider compensation models, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
