Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Provider Compensation Manager within PMMG Physician Services to lead a team of compensation and financial professionals supporting physician and APP compensation across regional practices. The role reports to the Director of Physician Compensation and collaborates with senior stakeholders to manage processes, analytics, and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience performing complex financial and data analysis.
Experience with physician compensation models is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads provider compensation team to ensure accurate calculations and timely payroll adjustments.
Manages physicians' move to productivity-based compensation models and related rate changes.
Establishes compensation metrics and monitors variances for visits, procedures, wRVUs, charges and collections.
Performs incentives reconciliation for physicians and APPs and reset base pay as needed.
Collaborates with senior leadership to communicate compensation changes and amendments to contracts.
Educates physicians on compensation models and trends and advises recruitment on offers.
Ensures audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with contract terms.
