Penn Medicine Hospice seeks a Financial Analyst Provider Compensation to support physician and APP compensation analytics and the annual incentive process. You will collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and practice leadership to ensure accurate payments and insightful financial projections.

Responsibilities include payroll reviews, compensation modeling, and education for new physicians on PSP/PPC structures. A background in finance or accounting is essential for success.

• Reviews bi-weekly payroll submissions for additional compensation.

• Escalates payroll issues with HRIS, payroll, and leadership as needed.
• Develops multi-year compensation and productivity projections.
• Educates and consults newly hired physicians on compensation models.
• Analyzes trends and projects future productivity.
• Assists in employment amendments and productivity-based compensation shifts.
