The candidate will perform complex financial modeling, develop analytic workflows, mentor staff, and present actionable insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare financial analysis, budgeting or financial management experience required
• Experience in managed care or hospital reimbursement with payor and complex models (transplant pricing, drug pricing/trends)
• 3+ years using Alteryx for advanced data analytics and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 2+ years leading projects that influence strategic direction and developing staff

Responsibilities

• Serve as team lead modeling and improving data analytics to support contract negotiation and reimbursement decisions
• Independently perform complex financial analyses, reporting and strategic initiatives
• Identify risks, opportunities and process improvements with data-driven recommendations
• Develop options and recommendations for leadership, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Prepare materials and present analyses to executives and department leaders
