You will collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance, develop innovative compensation models, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership while supporting recruitment and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience with provider compensation models and market benchmarking in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with physician leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements affecting compensation.
• Proven ability to design productivity-based and value-based compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate provider compensation structures including base salary and incentives.
• Develop and maintain provider compensation models to support growth and retention.
• Provide guidance on compensation trends and plan design.
• Conduct market benchmarking using national and regional surveys.
• Deliver recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and clinical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and fair market value considerations.
• Design innovative provider compensation models (production, value-based, hybrid).
