Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with HR, Contracting and BI software and data reporting/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design provider compensation programs with data gathering and analysis.
• Perform CPT coding reviews, create proformas, and develop reports and provider market analyses.
• Model plans for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals; assist as part of implementations.
• Conduct fair market value assessments and coordinate external reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with Provider Compensation team and leaders to support care strategy, quality, and financial goals.
