Responsibilities

Analyze and design provider compensation programs and plans.
Gather data, perform CPT coding reviews, create proformas and reports.
Conduct provider market analyses and model compensation for hires, acquisitions and renewals.
Support implementation for new acquisitions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Research market surveys on provider pay and perform fair market value assessments.
Collaborate with compensation team and system leaders to align with care and financial goals.
