Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc. is seeking a proposal professional to advance complex CRO bids. You will interpret RFPs/RFIs, guide pricing and budgeting, and coordinate with BD leads and SMEs to craft compelling sponsor-focused responses.

Role requires 3–6 years in CRO proposals or related areas, a scientific or finance degree, and strong CRM/SharePoint skills. Expect collaborative workflows, process improvements, and tight document controls within a global CRO setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of CROs and scientific/clinical data terminology.
• 3–6 years experience in CRO proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient in CRM and SharePoint; strong records management and naming conventions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess RFPs/RFIs and build a response addressing Sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to build an operational strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to provide responses to Sponsor questions and concerns.
• Collect specs from SMEs and build a budget outlining deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal/budget processes and leverage technology to ensure quality and communication.
• Support maintenance of internal proposal and response libraries.
